Jonathan Leuthe is the owner and founder of SpinVIsion®, an interactive-multimedia production company, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In his early 20’s, Jonathan found success as a young Realtor by using professional photography and innovative technology to showcase real estate. Within three years Jonathan made the “Top 20” list of Realtors for the Real Estate Association of Northwestern Wisconsin which consisted of nearly 1,000 agents at the time. However, his success was not sufficient to survive as a Realtor during the market crash in 2008.
Even after losing everything, Jonathan was still convinced technology was the way of the future for real estate after seeing how it had set him apart. In 2011, the majority of real estate marketing continued to lack the use of professional photos and technology. Determined to fulfill his dream of improving the market, Jonathan decided to develop SpinVIsion® to provide more value in offering these services to all Realtors instead of just himself. Jonathan has assisted in the sale of over 10,000 homes since 2011 and currently produces professional digital marketing content for approximately 1,000 properties annually. He has been featured on WEAU News, WQOW News 18, and was also a featured guest on WPR’s Central Time radio show.
